This rebrand clarifies who we are, improves how you choose treatments, and deepens our commitment to natural, sustainable ingredients while keeping the same skilled therapists and warm service you know and love.
Our story and family roots
Phuoc Natural Spa is a family-run business established in 2010 and proudly one of Hoi An’s earliest spas. What began as a small, heartfelt place for neighbours and travellers grew into a trusted local retreat built on hands-on care and quiet attention to detail. We were a little sad to say goodbye to our old name, Phuoc Lavender Spa, after holding it for so long, but it felt like the right time for new beginnings.
Our new Mai flower logo is a personal nod to our daughter, Ali Mai, and symbolises renewal, local beauty, and the gentle care at the centre of everything we do. Most of the organic herbs we use are grown in Mrs Hà’s garden and at a local organic farm, bringing genuinely local scent, potency, and seasonal freshness to our oils, scrubs, and herbal blends. We remain under the same ownership of Mrs Hà, whose personal stewardship keeps our family values at the heart of every guest visit.
