The spa had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, and everyone was so friendly. It started raining when I finished, and the owner’s husband kindly gave me a ride on his motorbike to a nearby café. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage a lot. We had the 180 mins combo and enjoyed every single part of it. One suggestion for improvement needed would be the hairwash for my wife. Last year, Ha and her team took such wonderful care of me, as well as many friends and family members who were visiting from the U.S. to attend my wedding. Everyone was so pleased with the level of service and care they received at Phuoc Natural Spa—many had massages, facials, manicures, as well as pedicures. I have also been living in Vietnam for a few years now, and I must say that the pre-wedding facial, manicure, and pedicure I received here were the best I have ever received in Vietnam! Took a short taxi ride from Hoi An to visit the Spa as recommended by our tour company. Greeted with hot tea and a complimentary, warm foot bath/wash, scented with lemon grass. Fantastic massage; my favourite bit was the transition from back to front of body, where my neck was supported by a hot towel, and my eyes covered by what can only be described as eye goggles made out of soft, warm towels.
