My name is Ha, and I hail from a quaint village just outside of Hoi An. Since 2010, our family has proudly run one of the oldest spas in Hoi An, a testament to our dedication and passion for wellness. Before embarking on this journey, I trained in hospitality with the esteemed Four Seasons group, where I learned the true essence of impeccable customer service. Meeting guests from across the globe brings me immense joy, and I am committed to making every visit to our spa a memorable and rejuvenating experience. Welcome to our oasis of tranquility!

You may notice we close at 7pm and don’t open Sundays — a deliberate choice. Our team, from therapists and nail technicians to our cleaners, all have families waiting at home. A happy, well-rested team gives the best care, so we proudly pay some of the highest wages in Hoi An and protect our staff’s time with loved ones. When you book with us, you’re supporting a workplace built on genuine respect and fair pay.

Every guest who visits us begins their journey the same way I welcome friends into my own home — with a traditional Vietnamese herbal foot bath and a cup of fresh herbal tea, made from herbs grown in my own garden. It’s a small herbal therapy ritual, but it means everything to us: genuine, natural, and rooted in Hoi An tradition.
