Where is Phuoc Natural Spa located?

We’re in a quiet alleyway at 107 Trần Nhân Tông Street, about 5 minutes from Hoi An Ancient Town. Tucked away from the busy tourist streets, it’s a peaceful escape — just follow our signs down the alley, or call and we’ll guide you in.

What are your opening hours?

We’re open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, and closed on Sundays. For longer treatments we recommend arriving earlier in the day so you’re not rushed.

Do you offer hotel pickup or drop-off?

Yes — we offer a complimentary one-way transfer (either pickup or drop-off) within the Hoi An area. Just let us know when you book and we’ll arrange it.

What can I expect when I arrive?

From the moment you step inside, you’ll be welcomed into a calm, quiet space. Every visit begins with a soothing detox foot bath infused with organic herbs from our own garden, along with a cup of fresh herbal tea sourced from a local organic farm — our way of helping you unwind before your treatment even begins.

Do I need to book in advance, or can I walk in?

What’s your most popular treatment?

Our signature Deep Tissue Massage is our best-loved and highest-rated treatment, followed closely by our Traditional Vietnamese Massage. For skin, our 5-Step Organic Facial is a guest favourite.

Are your products really natural and organic?

Yes — we only use natural, organic products throughout the spa. For our facials, we use premium organic skincare products that are gentle and free from harsh chemicals, making them ideal for sensitive or sun-exposed skin.

Do you offer treatments for men? Are male therapists available?

Absolutely. We welcome all guests, and we’re happy to arrange a male therapist for male clients on request — just mention it when booking. We also offer men’s grooming services such as waxing.

Is the spa suitable for couples and families?

Yes — we’re a popular choice for couples, and we happily welcome families, including children and older guests. Just let us know your group when booking so we can prepare the right space.

How much do treatments cost?

Massages start from 365,000₫, our 5-Step Organic Facial is 450,000₫, foot reflexology and pedicures from 250,000₫, and manicures/pedicures from 130,000₫. We also offer luxury combination packages from 865,000₫.

Didn’t you used to be called Phuoc Lavender Spa?

Yes! We rebranded from Phuoc Lavender Spa to Phuoc Natural Spa in 2025 to reflect our focus on natural, organic care. Same family, same skilled therapists, same location — just a name that better fits who we are.
