This week marks one year since we reopened our doors as Phuoc Natural Spa — and it feels like the right moment to pause, look back, and say thank you.
For many years, our guests knew us as Phuoc Lavender Spa. The name has changed, but little else has: the same family, the same hands, the same quiet alley just five minutes from Hoi An Ancient Town, and the same devotion to genuine, natural care that Mrs. Hà built from the very beginning back in 2010. What changed was our name — chosen to reflect something we have always believed in, long before it was written above our door: that the best spa in Hoi An is one built on organic, natural ingredients, not shortcuts.
We reopened as Phuoc Natural Spa on 26th August last year, and the response from our guests — old friends and new ones alike — has been the true gift of this past year. So before anything else: thank you. Thank you to the loyal guests who have been visiting us for years and trusted us through the change, and thank you to everyone who has discovered us for the first time and chosen to spend a few precious hours of their Hoi An trip with our family. Every five-star review, every kind word to a friend, every guest who has come back a second and third time — we notice, and we are grateful for every one of you.
What “natural” means to us
Our new name is a promise, not just a rebrand. It’s our commitment to premium organic skincare and treatments made with real, natural ingredients — nothing synthetic, nothing rushed. It’s why every guest begins their visit with our signature welcome ritual: a herbal detox foot bath, made with herbs grown in the garden of Mrs. Hà’s mother, alongside a cup of fresh organic tea from a local organic farm. It’s a small thing, but it sets the tone for everything that follows — a genuine pause, not a performance.
That same philosophy runs through our treatments: our 5-step organic facial ritual, using premium organic skincare products from start to finish; our traditional Vietnamese massage, including the Dong Duong technique passed down through generations; deep tissue and other massage styles for guests who need real relief; and our manicures, pedicures, and waxing, all delivered with the same unhurried care. We’re proud that this approach has been recognised by The Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, who recommend us to their own guests — a trust we don’t take lightly.
Still family-run, still here
A year on, what we’re proudest of isn’t the new sign above the door — it’s that Phuoc Natural Spa is still, and will always be, a family-run spa in Hoi An. Mrs. Hà and her family are still the ones welcoming you, still the ones ensuring every treatment feels personal rather than transactional. In a town with no shortage of spas, we believe that’s what genuinely sets us apart: not a chain, not a franchise, but a real family sanctuary that happens to also be one of Hoi An’s most trusted organic spas.
